The studio was invited and won a competition to redesign an historic Grade II listed Victorian schoolhouse building situated behind Chelsea’s Kings Road. With the introduction of two subterranean floors and an additional penthouse storey, the practice obtained permission and designed the architecture for seven new super-prime apartments. In addition, the studio delivered a fully fitted and dressed apartment in the West Duplex and all the common areas to the building including the pool and spa areas.
